Hosting by Hetzner
The website is hosted in Germany by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When you access the website, technical request data may be processed in server logs, including the requested page, date and time, browser information, referrer and network address. This processing is necessary to deliver the website and to protect its stability and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are the reliable and secure operation of the website. Hetzner processes hosting data on our behalf. Log retention depends on the hosting configuration; Hetzner web-hosting and managed-server products use anonymised IP addresses and retain Apache access and error logs for seven days by default.
Google Analytics
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-13Y1929QQJ), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics helps us understand how the pages are used. It may process page URLs and titles, referrers, timestamps, browser and device information, approximate location, and session or interaction data. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, and Google Signals and advertising-personalisation signals are disabled. The Google tag is embedded on every San Desvelo page and starts with analytics storage denied. Before you make a choice, Google may receive restricted consent-related requests without Analytics cookies. Full Analytics storage and usage measurement are enabled only after you select “Allow analytics”. The legal basis for full Analytics measurement is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG. The tag is configured with anonymize_ip: true. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. Processing by Google or its service providers outside the European Economic Area may occur and is subject to the applicable legal transfer safeguards. Cookies and consent settings
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish browsers and sessions. If you reject analytics, the Google tag remains in restricted consent mode, analytics storage stays denied and these analytics cookies are not set by this website. Retention

Search and external links
The website search is performed in your browser. Search terms may form part of the page URL and may therefore appear in hosting logs. This website does not provide user accounts, contact forms or downloadable administrative forms. If you follow an external link, the operator of the destination website is responsible for its own data processing.
